Rosalia
Rosalia Vila known as Rosalia is a Spanish flamenco and pop singer. She has been a part of the fringes of both traditional and popular music since she was a teenager, she is also involved in other music genres like Hip-Hop Soul and Trap. Pepe Habichuela has said that her vocals as crisp and sweet but with a little bite. Her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned the singer the Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist the follow-up album for 2018 El Mal Querer was a major critical and commercial breakthrough that topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and ultimately getting the Grammy. In 2021, the song La Fama with The Weeknd came out. Motomami came out as her third album that was full-length. It featured songs written in collaboration with other musicians and producers, such as Cory Henry. The release came in March 2022 following a performance of the song Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish artist to sing on her own on the program. Motomami was the sole female in history to be the winner of the Latin Album of the Year two times, as well as three Latin Grammy Awards.
